Office Administrator / Scheduling Coordinator
We’re looking for an organised, friendly person to help keep the office running smoothly. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, help manage bookings and schedules, and support the day-to-day admin side of a growing local roofing business.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll help keep the business organised behind the scenes so the team in the field can get the job done right.
Answer phone and email enquiries
Book quotes, site visits, and job dates
Follow up customers and keep them updated
Prepare invoices, basic paperwork, and job files
Coordinate calendars, reminders, and supplier communication
Support the owner with general office and scheduling tasks
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you’re reliable, switched on, and good with people.
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good organisation and time management
Confident using email, calendars, spreadsheets, and admin software
Able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
Previous admin, reception, or scheduling experience is a bonus
Construction industry experience is helpful, but not essential
