Estimated lifespan
Built for long-term coastal performance. Exact service life depends on site exposure, design, installation quality, and maintenance.
Maintenance needs
Low-maintenance, but coastal roofs still need common-sense care:
Keep the roof and gutters clear
Inspect after storms
Wash salt-exposed and unwashed areas where required
Visual or texture style
Classic painted steel look
Cleaner, more refined appearance than bare metallic finishes
Strong fit for contemporary coastal homes and premium sheds
Warranty options

Installation time
Installation time depends on the chosen roof profile and site complexity more than the coating itself.
Environmental impact / recyclability
As a BlueScope steel product, it shares the recyclable steel base benefits of the broader coated-steel range.
Fire or weather ratings
Strong, durable, and suited to harsh Australian exterior conditions. Final compliance depends on the full roof system, profile, and project specification.
